Personalized Search & Sourcing

Based on your consultation, our dedicated recruitment specialist opens a private, bespoke search. We draw from our vetted network, conduct discreet outreach, and identify candidates not simply by credentials — but by character, temperament, and fit. Every candidate is evaluated against the specific culture of your household.

We do not send unsolicited profiles. Every candidate presented has passed our internal screening.

Rigorous Vetting & Background Clearance

Our vetting process is exhaustive. We conduct multi-round interviews, verify employment history, contact professional and personal references, and complete thorough background clearances. For sensitive roles — particularly those involving children or principal access — we apply the highest standard of due diligence.

All vetting is handled in-house by our team. Candidates are evaluated in full discretion.

We present you with a select shortlist of candidates — not a catalog. Each profile is accompanied by our team's qualitative assessment, relevant experience highlights, and a candid note on fit. We walk you through each candidate personally, answering every question before you proceed to interviews.

You will never receive a profile we would not personally endorse.

05Coordinated by us

Private Interviews & Trial Periods

We coordinate and prepare every interview, advising both you and the candidate on what to expect. Where appropriate, we arrange structured trial periods so you can observe the professional in your actual household environment before making a commitment. Your comfort and certainty are non-negotiable.

We remain available throughout the interview and trial process to advise and answer questions.

06Continuous

Placement, Onboarding & Ongoing Support

Once your selection is made, we manage the formal placement process — including offer coordination, contract support, and the transition into your home. Elite members receive continuous access to our team for any arising needs, adjustments, or future placements. We do not disappear after the hire.

Your dedicated specialist remains your point of contact for the duration of your membership.

Most placements are completed within 3 to 6 weeks from your initial consultation. The timeline varies depending on the specificity of the role, the candidate pool, and the interview process. We do not rush placements — we prioritize finding the right match over speed.

Completely. No information shared with us — including your identity, address, family structure, or requirements — is ever disclosed to candidates or third parties without your explicit consent. All candidates sign strict non-disclosure agreements before any introduction takes place.

Elite members receive ongoing support and priority access for future placements. If a placement does not meet your expectations within the agreed period, we re-open the search on a priority basis. Our relationship does not end with a single hire.

Yes. While we are headquartered in California, we place professionals across the United States and, for select clients, internationally. National and international placements may involve additional sourcing time.

The annual retainer of USD $31,000 covers your dedicated recruitment specialist, the full sourcing and vetting process, unlimited candidate presentations throughout the membership year, interview coordination, and ongoing post-placement support. It does not include the placement fee, which is 8% of the candidate's agreed annual compensation and is due only upon successful placement.
